My husband's SSDI claim has been sitting in Federal Quality Review since March 20th. He wrote to Sen. Tim Scott's office for help to make sure he hasn't been lost in the process somewhere. Today he received an email from social security asking for him to fill out SSA-821-BK Work Activity Report.

Is this a good sign? Does this mean that FQR didn't agree with the decision DDS made? What's going on??

I had a PERC appt yesterday at 4pm but when I answered the call, it disconnected! They didn't call back and when I tried to call my local office they were closed. I called again today and they said I have to wait for a letter in the mail for a second appt. UGGH! But the portal changed today to show that I'm officially approved.
