Please recommend me few credit cards which gives instant usage access.. Basically I need to make a PayPal payment transfer and my SBI debit card is not working.
I'm looking to go for credit card route and I never had one till now and have no idea which are the best ones.
I'd also much appreciated if you give more than one options which I can later continue using too.

Hey guys, I wanted to get some parts from a supplier and they accept PayPal only.
Please help me out as I tried multiple times to make payment with PayPal but it's not working with my SBI debit card( mastercard with international transaction on)
I also made a virtual Visa card hoping it would work, but the results are same.
I visited sbi branch to rectify but they are saying everything is okay, and spoke with PayPal customer care, they say everything is okay from their side too.
I'm fed up. Please help me out with solutions or quick work arounds. Can I get a credit card just for this purpose, if yes which one would be easy to get.
