Hello, Please give long term/ Short term review of your HIBREW H10 Plus machine. I am looking for following information

1. Hows the espresso quality?
2. Is the PID and pressure valve stable and works as per your expectations?
3. If you keep the variables same, is the espresso quality and taste same if you pull two shots back to back
4. Any other pros and cons you would suggest to a possible new buyer
5. Do you wish after long use you would have bought more expensive machine?

I am planning to keep this machine till my retirement which is 20+ years . Please dont suggest GCP as i am not comfortable with modding.
