Looking for Voice Actors for a short Marvel fan animation!
Hi! I'm currently finishing a short stop-motion animation centered around the comic book character The Punisher, and am looking to cast artists to voice the following 3 male roles (brief supplementary character info included):
1. The Punisher/Frank Castle: Sounds like he's in his mid-late thirties, gruff-sounding voice, aggressive, blunt. Has a level of sadistic pride in his violent actions, but a sincere humanity might lie somewhere within him. Less than 20 lines total.
Audition Lines:
"You know who I am, don't you? I never beg, I never bargain, and I. Never. Ask. Again...".
"Lemme tell you somethin', when these sons of bitches get back up, they don't go running to a confessional like you... Here, in the real world, we are what we are".
2. Daredevil/Matt Murdock: Sounds like he's in his mid thirties, collected yet stern. Serious and honest. An ideological foil to Punisher, he uses his faith and experience to try and emotionally get through to Castle. Roughly 10 lines total.
Audition Lines:
"Stop acting like it's out of necessity! I know what happened last night... I heard their screams".
"Remember why you do this Frank, and consider HOW you do it".
3."Unknown Man"/Conway: Sounds like he's roughly in his early thirties, an inexperienced informant in the criminal underworld with a nervous demeanor, easily intimidated, slightly shaky voice.
Less than 5 lines total.
Audition Line:
"Wh-what? I have no idea what you're talking about!"
I'm fully open to both original takes as well as tasteful impressions of other actors who have portrayed the character(s) in media. Open to any talent (18+) with a good-quality microphone who is willing to record multiple takes if need be.
