Top four favorite comedies?

i would appreciate recommendations specifically in the horror-fantasy genre, as that’s the genre of my central creative project

other movies i enjoy not listed in my top four: THE FLY, PERFECT BLUE, SPIRITED AWAY, THE DARK CRYSTAL, MARTYRS (2008)

i was once obsessed with aronofsky’s filmography, but his recent choices have inspired me to withdraw from his work

Just bored lol.

And if anyone is on the fence about watching Obsession...it's simultaneously the scariest, most emotionally disturbing, and ambiguous/well written horror film I've ever seen. Maybe just recency bias though. But it's sooo good! And you have been warned.

I don’t give start ratings anymore but from right to left of recently watched it’d probably be 5-2-4-3.

The color matching was almost unintentional, because after placing the first three I had Mullholland Drive in slot four, but which one of the two I prefer changes daily making them equal for me...

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was very close to making it on the list as well. I also love The Big Lebowski. So hard to choose!

Other than “GAAAYYYYY”

I’m really proud of it, I think it encapsulates myself perfectly in what I love about movies.
