If i use the easynews++ addon with a easynews subscription, do I need to use a VPN or anything in a country with strict piracy laws?

Like with RD or TB I can just play the movies on stremio without vpn or anything, is this the same with usenet/easynews?

Is it safe to use usenet with stremio without VPN in germany without consequences? Since germany is very strict on piracy

Everytime I had them connected to my phone to listen to music and tapped the earbud, to pause or switch a song it lost connection for 1-3sec and then started playing again, are they really that sensitive or did I have a broken pair, this was straight out of the box
