I was a foreigner but received my turkish citizenship very recently .. at work they offered me switching my salary to TRY after receiving my turkish ID and then they decided that it would go this way

fixing the rate of the USD to 45 for this month and next months and fixing a gross salary but net salary will be fluctuating .. they shared that the fluctuating in the net salary is due to insurance bonuses however .. I can’t tell if just requesting to receive my salary in USD with the actual rate of the day or agree to the new terms … I need your ideas based on your experiences with how salaries are usually paid..
