Custom Flash Head

Still painting and sculpting a bit, but I took McFarlane's Timm-verse Flash, carved it up, and glued/ epoxy sculpted it to the Amazing Yamaguchi Head.

Just think it's dumb we don't have any smiling flash heads, and this is the time verse flash is my favorite iteration of the character.

Also planning to paint the rest of the figure to look like a more classic Wally. Will update when the rest is done! :)

Nightwing WIP!

Using a ct Batman body and a couple 3D printed accessories to make a 90s Chuck Dixon inspired Nightwing!

I really love putting these guys together... But not huge on painting 😅 so I've got a backlog...

Anyway, going for a classic modern mix look! Using tombstones torso, captain america boots, silver samurai arms, and Bruce time flash shoulders!

Also had to use epoxy clay to get the chest piece back together after cracking and dying it. The lesson: don't boil your chest unless it's in one piece! Or the piece will warp and not come back together 😭

I wish nottaman would make a lady fig 😭

I'm really not down to make any figs out of all the base women Bodys that have the skin anime proportions and the massive boonkers... I'm looking to make the Batgirls, Steph, Barb, and Cassandra at 6", but there's so few good women figs! Why is this?!? All the Marvel Legends women suck and have no torso articulation... I'm thinking about making them out of the Jada Toys Cammy, but I wouldnt want them to all be the same size....

Any thoughts on good figs to use, and why it's so hard to find good female base bodies?

Eyo, finally finished this Redhood!

Mainly used a gi joe classified base body with a couple 3D printed parts from eBay, some sculpting, and the leather soft goods jacket. Hope you guys enjoy! And as always, let me know what you think! :)

I've been using epoxy clay for building on my action figures, and my girlfriend, who I live with, is freaking out about me developing an epoxy allergy....

Is there an alternative material that I can use? Some kind of air-dry clay, obviously baking the clay with the action figure wouldn't work...

AI recommended La Doll air dry clay, but I didn't know that would be as durable as the epoxy clay

I want to make a "Maximum" Beast. I've been thinking about this for awhile, and just got the Jada figure in, so it's gonna be one of my next big projects!

I'm thinking about using the chest from Blanka, and possibly everything else from the ToyBiz Beast. The main problem I'm anticipating is the waist area. I figure I'm going to have to hollow out Beast's waist and install a peg, so that I can just pop Blanka's torso straight into Beast's legs.

Idk if I'm overthinking this, or if there's a better way to go about it.

Any and all thoughts welcome!

Just waiting on a head sculpt, and trying to decide which costume I want to put him in!

I AM LITERALLY SO EXCITED FOR THIS ONE.

Kyle's my favorite lantern and I feel he is underappreciated by the toy industry... Gonna try to make this one a true tribute to manga loving, comic drawing Green Lantern.

P. S. Please convince me not to spray paint my optimus prime green, just I can put Kyle on his shoulder 😅

finished touching this guy up and put a few layers of varnish at him. but I'm feeling like he's a little lack luster? I usually give my guys a bunch of washes and dry brushing but I feel like since he glows his shadows would be so pronounced? idk. any ideas?
