Has anyone stayed in either of these resorts? How was your stay and would you stay again? Pros/Cons?

Does this mole look sus? I’ve had one here for yearssss but not sure if I’ve ever paid much attention to it until recently and I’m starting to be concerned. It sits a couple inches below my inner wrist
