Is it worth changing the battery before an almost 2 week long trip?

I’ve had a 17 pro max since September and now it’s at 97% with 238 charge cycles, it still lasts all day but the percentage drops more than usual, and doesn’t last as long as it was brand new. Later on in the month I’m going on a trip and going to use my phone a lot. Is it worth changing the battery before the trip?

Dry eyes or Chiari related?

I know I have chiari type 1 I was diagnosed last year with it. But lately I’ve been dealing with blurry eyes from time to time, sometimes it’s very sharp and my focus is good, but sometimes especially at night my vision becomes blurry and I can’t focus in on text on my phone. Does anyone else with chiari deal with this and do eye drops help?

My iPhone 17 Pro Max camera was always great, never had any focusing issues until now. When switching between cameras, the quality isn’t great, it’s very soft and has a lot of noise, it doesn’t focus perfectly anymore like it used to. I cleaned the lenses and restarted my phone too and it’s still the same… I’m on IOS 26.4.1

This morning I woke up and my card was charged $144. I didn’t even have my first session with a therapist yet which will be on Thursday. Why am I being charged so much money?
