So I finally got my brim cutter today and started working on my latest work hat. Due to inexperience, I began to cut the brim a little too short. Thankfully, I caught myself before I did too much damage. But now I have about a two inch cut on the front brim.

So how should I go about fixing this?

I have a couple of ideas, but I was hoping to poll the community before I commit to anything!

To the user who took his $20 cowboy hat and turned it into Indiana Jones hat. I've been rocking this baby for two years, working in some of the worse conditions possible. She's sun bleach, the sweatband is coming loose, and she's starting to crack in some spots, but she's the best damn hat I've ever had. Plus, I made her out of a cowboy hat I bought for $40!
