Is this considered circumcised?
I don’t really want to ask my parents out of the blue, so I’ll ask strangers :)
I’m 22 years old and always assumed I was circumcised at birth but now not sure if this is partial or what
Edit* main reason for wondering is whenever I have sex without a condom the initial penetration is painful due to skin being pulled back (assuming a tight frenulum) using a condom I don’t have issues, might be due to not using much lube but lube isnt always available and I always been told that sex shouldn’t be painful

Painful sex
I started having sex a few years ago and have no problems when I’m using a condom, but without a condom it is painful when I insert my penis into my girlfriend, it feels like my frenulum is tight and going to tear. It usually goes soft from discomfort and I just end up putting on a condom. I have managed to penetrate but it took a lot of time and really slowly.
I always thought I was circumcised but now am questioning it and think I am just partially circumcised.
I have no problems masturbating
Is this due to possibly having a tight frenulum or another issue like phimosis?
