So I have dreams where I will smell something really gross and I can smell in my dreams . I also have dreams where I get high and can feel the sensation. Also , have had dreams where I couldn’t wake up , where I would walk to my bathroom door and touch the knob and then I would be back in bed and this would repeat 3-5 times . But last night was the worst. I was in my old bedroom with the tv on, and the tv kept blacking out / fading. I kept getting up and turning it on and off and it would brighten again . Then fade. My vision was blurring. Then , I noticed my nose as very clogged.

I couldn’t swallow, and anytime I tried to breathe out my nose it was so clogged I couldn’t get any air. I went to my mom’s closed door in the hallway and was screaming , but no sound came out . I was screaming for help , but she couldn’t hear me.

Then , she finally wakes up and says I’m exhausted and need food . She begins shoving pizza into my mouth . My dad and brother are in the kitchen as well , ignoring me . They were talking about going out somewhere. (In the dream it was the middle of the night in real time ).

I was choking and trying to breathe. It was exhausting and terrifying . I could feel it like it was really happening . It went on for it seems like forever ! I laid my head by my mom’s bed and I told her “stop pushing my head down!” And she said she was not doing that. I was so weak I couldn’t keep my head up. I felt like I was fainting /passing out . My vision was fading and my breathing became even harder. !

I finally woke up from this and I could breathe fine , nose was not clogged at all. But I felt very short of breathe. I was only asleep for 45 minutes.

Does this mean antything? Never had a Dream so scary ! I’m 37, fairly healthy . Smoker for 20 odd years. No history of sleep apnea or sleep paralysis. House is not haunted. (Lived here 30 odd years and it was built new. Land is fine. No one but animals have died here ).
