Friends Who Serve or Bartend. Do you tip more than usual or not at all?

I just want to have a friendly discussion around tipping someone that is your friend. For example, if you go have lunch and your friend is serving, do you tip them more, the same, or not at all? Now there can be a number of scenarios like you didn't know they were working and ended up getting them or similar to me, I specifically went go to the restaurant to see them because I knew they were working (otherwise I would have went to Chipotle). Me personally, I tip my friend more. Granted the entire meal (plus tip) was pretty much what I would have spent at Chipotle with no tip. I do tip my friend more than I would if I were to have as server that I don't know (not friends with)/other places I eat at.

I know this is reddit, but please keep it kind, positive, non-judgemental; I'm genuinely curious and would like a decent "conversation".

Blocking Crosswalks

First, I always thought pedestrians have the right of way and crosswalks are not to be blocked. The cross walk is not for people block with thier big old mini van; it's for people to cross. Today, on my daily walk, which I do for health reasons, I had someone block the cross walk and shout at me to "get a car" because I had to walk around the front of thier vehicle to cross as not only was thier van blocking the cross walk, but another vehicle was directly behind them. Now admittingly I live in an area where people don't walk, so it's probably odd to see someone walking just for the sake of walking. I think people don't expect it, but that is not a reason to block the cross walks.

Eating Salad

I love salad. It's my absolute favorite, but it seems more than any other food to get stuck between braces and is harder to get out than other food. Idk maybe it's just me.

Tipping at the zoo ice-cream stand

I went to the zoo with my son. We walked up to the ice-cream stand and we grabbed two zoo animal juice containers out of the cooler bin. Then we asked the girl for two dip n' dots. When prompted to pay, of course there was the tip screen on a $32 transaction. I hit no tip. Not only that, but before paying she asked me to round up my change to support the zoo (I did not). This is getting ridiculous.

First meals arrived with no issues. This week, FedEx didn't deliver the meals. Received a credit, which is fine, but is this a common problem? If it is I may have to reconsider something more reliable.

Our first meals arrived today. We have walking tacos, panko crusted chicken (and pork for the l.o and hubby), southwestern chicken breast and street corn, wings, and chicken parm! I'm so excited to try them!
