There is a bug that makes the app assume you are under 13 and they do not know when it will be fixed, according to their support. If it asks for age verification, it will lock you out and the app is completely unusable while they try to fix it.

Currently I have to call my 14-year-old and hope he charged his phone (LOL) to ask how soon his sister might need a ride. Weirdly, the only minors on my family account have not been asked to verify their ages. Just me. The mom whose debit card pays for this app.

The AI chat will tell you to try again in 24 hours, but that doesn’t work. Don’t spend your money until this is fixed.

I just tried to open my account because I needed to know where my daughter was to go pick her up. The app asked me for my birthday but before I could actually enter the year, it immediately went to a screen that said I’m under 13 and needed to have my parent provide their ID for permission. I am 48 years old. I don’t even have children under 13 anymore. I need to ask my parents to submit their ID when I’m the one paying for this family account?

I went to the website chat to ask them to fix it. The response was “yeah, wait 24 hours.” Why am I paying for this to be able to see where my kid is to pick her up if it can lock me out for 24 hours randomly? I don’t need to know where she is tomorrow!

Anyway, the website chat let me know that they can’t bypass the 24 hour hold, no matter what, but they’d be happy to help me cancel my service. LOL.

Amazing way to treat people who have paid for this service for years.

I like my luggage to coordinate and to be a non-neutral color, so if you have similar luggage vibes, I’d love your input. I’m getting ready to order medium & large hybrid trunks and I also want a carry on. Since I often travel with a laptop for work, I’m leaning toward a Carry On Pro or Pro Plus for the front pocket. That rules out getting all 3 in the same color.

If I get the trunks in Elemental Blue and Mint, should I get the carry on in Rose Quartz or Purple Icing? Will a glossy finish look weird in a set with the more matte colors?

I also like the Mulberry color, but it’s hard to tell if it’s more plum/purple or a deep red.

No one ever accused me of under-thinking things! If I’m spending money on it, I want to love it.
