Dark undereyes

I never used to have any issues with my under eyes. But four years into dental school and now I look constantly tired and the skin under my eyes is very thin.
I know I also do have low ferritin so this may contribute.
What can I actually do to get rid of this colour because normal eye creams don’t seem to be doing the job. I wish I could wear no make up, but I just look like I haven’t slept in days.
Any advice PLEASE.

CHIN REDUCTION HELP

I’ve always been conscious of my lower vertical face height, and my large MMPA and FMPA. Its probably been more noticeable after i lost weight.
I have a class three incisal edge to edge bite with a lateral anterior open bite. I don’t really want to go through orthodontics because I’ve done it before and I don’t think it can actually change my skeletal pattern drastically. I feel like I probably have a class 2 skeletal seeing that my chin is also slightly recessed.

I can’t seem to find anyone with my skeletal pattern who has had this type of work, it tends to be people with a witches chin that need reduction but mines the actual bone.

I have seen the Work of OMFS surgeons in South Korea. They seem to do this type of surgery frequently (chin reduction/ genioplasty). Do you think I would be eligible for a slight chin reduction possible sliding genioplasty?

Any advice on what you think i should do who any clinic recommendations would be so helpful as I am going to Korea next summer.

Loose skin or fat

Ive always had this big arms & did lipo for them 5 years ago which barely made a difference. But recently i have lost 12kg over 6 months. Some of this weight did come off my arms in general, however the the underpart is still so bad. Now i cant tell if its fat or loose skin and im just wondering how skinny im going to have to be in order to have slim arms. For reference im 57kg 164cm and Im only 26.

Do you think if this is fat it will go, or will it most likely need surgery?

Hi i need some advice, im looking around to get a small chin reduction (not v line or anything) & possible sliding genioplasty to bring the chin a little forward. Does anyone with any experience? Know what kind of price range I should be looking at when talking to clinics?

Any other advice would be so helpful :) thanks
