Volvo V90 trailer hitch not going back up

I borrowed my mothers V90 since I needed the trailer hitch. It came out without a issue, as always. When I wanted to push back under the car however, the hitch touched a part of the car which blocked it from going back up. Idk if this was understandable.

Has anyone had any similar issues with this? Hugely appreciate any help.

Blown away by Costa Rica🇨🇷

Spent 2 weeks in this amazing country. Honestly the best country I’ve visited. Full of wildlife, amazing locals, and beautiful nature.

La Fortuna: 3 nights

Beautiful place. Amazing nature and full of adventure possibilities. We went rafting, to the hanging bridges. La Fortuna waterfall was beautiful and nice to swim in it. The volcano was obviously amazing.

Uvita: 3 nights

Amazing place, so quiet. The rainforest meets the beach. Relaxing at the beach and surrounded by animals. Macaws and monkeys everywhere. Perfect place to relax after La Fortuna. Amazing food. Extremely chill locals.

Took a surf lesson there for the first time. Exhausting but so much fun.

Drake Bay: 3 nights

Very quiet place, almost no tourists. Very wild place, needed to cross multiple rivers to get there. It’s located on the Osa Peninsula, the most biologically intense place on earth. We just explored the surrounding forest and hidden beaches. So many hidden beaches, only accessible by foot. Went scuba diving in Isla del Caño. Spotted manta ray, sharks, whale, turtles and more. No atm, no gas station.

Corcovado: 1 planned night, cut short

We went to Corcovado national park from Drake by boat. It’s basically a massive national park on the peninsula full of wildlife. You get a guide and explore it. We saw tons of animals, my favourite of the day was a baby tapir. Pure wilderness, no phone signal, crashed plane from the 70s. The entire experience felt like a David Attenborough documentary mixed with an episode of Lost. You sleep at a station, in mixed bunk beds. Not many people there.

However I could sadly not spend the night because I got bit by a venomous spider and had to get back to the village for medical help. That sucked. Went back to Drake and spent the night there.

Dominical: 2 nights

Small surf town. I wanted to surf there but because of the spider bite I couldn’t do much. Sadly I just had to relax by the beach and pool. But it was a very nice little town. Full surfers. Smaller than Uvita, but more tourists. The beach in Uvita was nicer as well.

Final thoughts:

The country is amazing. I absolutely loved how wild it was. I will definitely come back. My favourites were Uvita and the Osa Peninsula. Good food, nice locals. I don’t have one single bad experience in this country. You have to go there!

For any question, just comment😀

Some of the 100s of animals I saw in 🇨🇷

The amount of beautiful wildlife in this country is insane. Osa Peninsula was next level. Even got bit by a poisonous spider. When diving they said they saw a whale shark two days before, they said there wasn’t a whale shark there for over 2 years. Just missed out 😭

Next time I hope to see some wild cats and the Quetzal bird🤞🏻

Hi is there anywhere with information regarding the screening at the emirates?

What would the prices be like?
What’s the chance to get in?

I’m not a member of any sort.

Spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica in December. It is without a doubt the best country I have been to. I will list the places we visited and what we did. For guide, hotel, food, rental etc recommendations, just comment what you would like to know and I will answer.

Traffic and rental:

I read a lot that traffic is horrible in CR. However we felt that it was no trouble at all. Sure some roads are not in the best condition but it really is not a problem. Get a 4x4 and you are good. I definitely recommend renting a car. It gave us so much freedom, and we could use it to explore places where there was no uber.

La Fortuna: 3 nights

We arrived in SJO and drove straight to La Fortuna with our rental. La Fortuna was amazing. We went rafting, very fun. We did a private tour very early to hanging bridges. We saw so many animals, snake, spider, crabs, monkey, sloths etc.. The guide was chill but made it very interesting. The rest of the time we just relaxed because of jet lag. We spent an afternoon by the rope swing (El salto) and it was very fun, and a place some locals hung out. La Fortuna waterfall was beautiful, swimming in the waterfall was nice. Food was very good in LF as well. Locals were kind, never felt unsafe.

Uvita: 3 nights - Our favorite place

When we arrived in Uvita we went to the Ballena national park. The beach is amazing. We took surf lessons. That was very fun, but very exhausting. We were lucky that the other people had to rebook, so we were alone with the instructor. In Uvita we really only hung out in Ballena Park. There are a lot of animals there, monkeys, sloth, macaws everywhere. You literally lay by the beach and it feels like you are in a zoo. There are lot activities to do there, but we just wanted to relax. Food in Uvita was amazing, we went to the same restaurant twice, which we usually never do. Incredible. Uvita was without a doubt the best place we visited in CR. The mix between jungle and beach, the chill locals, the vibe, and just how quiet it is was amazing.

We drove from LF to Uvita, took around 6 hours with 2 stops. Make sure to stop at the crocodile brigde, we saw 8 big crocs.

Drake Bay : 3 nights

We went to Drake Bay and stayed there for 3 nights.

Drake Bay was very nice. It felt like a place that is not discovered yet by tourists. And the few tourists that are there visit for one thing. Wildlife. Hotel surrounded by monkeys and toucans. We did the Drake Bay trail, easy walking where you go to hidden beaches. So beautiful. Scuba diving trip to Cano Island. On the way out we saw a whale. The diving was good as a beginner. We saw manta ray, sharks, turtles. They do snorkeling trips as well. We ate good food in Drake, but there is less to choose from than the other places. There was also a turtle festival in the area at that time so we joined a turtle hatching release. No atm, no gas station. Make sure to have enough for everything. Restaurants took card but they add quit a lot in terminal fees. Amazing, quiet, wild place.

Corcovado: 1 night

The Corcovado trip started very early in the morning and you will be transferred by boat. Its one of the most biodiverse places on the planet. Expensive but worth it. We saw so many animals, guide was amazing and explained everything. You basically just walk in the jungle looking for animals. Tasty lunch.

Sadly I got bitten and my foot exploded, so we could not spend the night. I had to see a doctor and spent the night in Drake.

There is no phone signal in Corcovado, and you sleep in a big shared lodge. But there were not many people there. Its wild and it sucks that we had to leave. They do evening hikes, and morning hikes for better chance to see animals. You can do a day trip, but if you stay a night there are less people because the day visitors have to leave.

Its a wild experience, literally pure wilderness, nothing else is there. I will come back to spend the night.

Dominical: 2 nights

To round of the vacation we drove from Drake to Dominical. A small beach town full of life. We wanted to stay here just to relax after the Corcovado trip. We relaxed by the pool and the beach. You can surf, but my foot did not allow me to. You can visit Nauyaca waterfall, we did not. Dominical was vey nice, with a lot of options to eat, surf shops, and a market by the beach. I preferred Uvita. Maybe thats because I could not walk.

Back home:

We then drove from Dominical to SJO and flew back home. We took the route through Los Quetzales. More scenic drive. And we stopped high up the mountains to drink hot chocolate because it was cold there. In the park you can see Quetzal bird, we did not have time to stop and see them sadly.

Final thoughts:

We absolutely loved Costa Rica. So beautiful. The locals are amazing. Its the perfect country for a mix of adventure, relaxing, and wildlife. We felt that we were in a zoo the entire time. Surrounded by animals. All places we visited were incredible. We will be back.

Im looking for 2 tickets for the champions league final in Budapest. Any category.

Please send me a dm if you can help me.

So I’m going to Budapest for the final. I don’t have tickets but would watch the game in a bar if I don’t get any. There are only hospitality tickets left on uefa which are too expensive.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get resale tickets? Or if there is a website where people sell their tickets because they can’t get there? I’m looking for 2 tickets ideally.

If I don’t get any tickets, where will Bayern fans watch the final in Budapest?

Thanks for any help!
