Should I text her happy birthday?

Been seeing this girl for about 3 months. Things were really really good, she met my family, we traveled together, talked every day, she said I LOVE YOU first etc. Around month 2 she started acting distant after a trip she went on and I found out her ex followed her and she followed him back. She eventually started getting distant then told me she felt “stuck” and ended things, but then 2 weeks later drunk called me saying she missed me. We got close again immediately, planned an upstate trip together, spent almost 4 whole days together, and everything felt amazing.

After the trip she started getting a bit dry and distant for a day or 2 for no reason, then we went out one night and she got super drunk. I ended up staying over because my phone died and she insisted I come in to charge it, even tho I told her that her mom wouldn’t like me being there unannounced, she was too drunk and wouldn’t go in by herself unless I did. Her mom found out got super pissed in the morning, she missed work, almost got in trouble at work, and she was already having issues with her mom before all this. After that she went ghost for like 4 days.

I eventually texted asking if everything was okay. She called me the next day and explained she’d been emotionally overwhelmed from everything that happened and didn’t know how to handle it, so she isolated herself. She also said there’s still “more we need to talk about.” Since that call, she hasn’t reached out again and it’s been over a week. I haven’t texted either because I feel like she should be the one to reach out now because I was the one that texted her reaching out and also my text before reaching out were left on delivered. So the only form of communication we had is her calling last week explaining why she went ghost on me, just so she can do it again.

Her birthday is in a few days. Would you text her happy birthday or just leave it alone?
