I built an app and kept it free for the last 6 months. So far it has ~38K installs and about 15K monthly active users.

Three days ago, I introduced a paid plan and have already converted around 40 users.

I’ve never run ads before and don’t have much experience with scaling or growth. I’m open to investing some budget into ads or other growth channels—would love suggestions on how to scale from here.
