1 : have 3 cats that are all very selfish and just beyond mastikhor (troublesome), or own one cat who is very cute, silent, and observant, but needs a lot of care and is going to be completely dependent on you 100 percent.

2 : have 2 cats who are incredibly playful and entertaining but wake you up every single night at 3 AM, or have 1 cat who is very calm and sleepy all day but refuses to ever sit on your lap or sleep near you?

Right now I’m not going to the gym, but I do home workouts consistently. I’m barely hitting 100g of protein per day. I can’t eat eggs at home, but that’s not the main issue.

Most of my protein comes from moong dal, homemade paneer (I make it from milk every day), and milk and milk and milk and thats it. I also take one scoop of whey. My main concern is the other 75g from these sources are they actually helpful for muscle building? They aren’t complete proteins, right? I’m a bit confused.

I weigh 70kg. Until I go to college in a few months, should I just continue with this or do I need more protein because the current sources aren’t efficient enough (maybe only 60-70% absorption)?

I do feel noticeably better when I take whey compared to days I skip it, so I know I’m missing something. Once I’m in college I’ll start eating eggs and everything again.

Any suggestions for present or for future ? [ mind that i dont see any changes in my body currently and its been about over a month and it takes me more than 2 days to recover completely post workout when i am not even going that intense.]

for me me, it’s Owen Hendricks. He’s a CIA agent, young and new, and a genius in his own field a bad overthinker who does things at the very last moment but somehow pulls it off. It’s sad that the series ended after just two seasons because the budget was too high and viewership decreased after the Hollywood strikes, etc.
