I just went through hell from finding out that my ex wife was cheating the entire time (1 1/2 yr of marriage)to being thrown under the bus when I tried to retrieve my belongings, she smashed my windshield and 4 flats. She tried to play the victim but her TPO was dismissed in court. I had to pay thousands to my lawyer and now I can’t afford the second part which is the divorce. Should I represent myself? She wasn’t responding to the email my lawyer were sending her and now that I have no lawyer I’m only assuming that communication will be impossible and I haven’t tried I have no desire to talk to her. She stole my green card, Canadian passport and car title and registration the day I told her I was done with her. She’s also still on my phone plan and doesn’t want to take the liability for her lines although I haven’t tried her authorization over a month ago. She’s also still on my car insurance and I don’t want to cancel her service because I don’t want to look vindictive. Any advice will be appreciated.
