Best way to hide and not overheat in summer?

I don't show my body anymore and I haven't for years due to some body insecurities and especially/mostly sh, and most of the time I just kinda overheat in the summer because I refuse to wear short sleeves and/or shorts. I wanted to come here and ask if anyone has any good ways to hide sh in the summer without practically melting. I'm thinking of trying to get some athletic tape to wrap around my arms (or legs, but I'm more okay with wearing long pants in summer), do you think that would be a good idea? It's getting warmer, so I've been trying to figure it out.

Mixed feelings on name change

I decided to change my name to Crow in August, and went by it online for a while and loved it. I came out about it to my family about a month ago. I am very lucky because both my parents are also part of the lgbtqia community and are super supportive, so they immediately started using my chosen name. The problem is, ever since my family started calling me it, I'm not sure how I feel anymore. I hate my deadname, I always have, and not just because I'm not cis, my parents wanted to give me and my siblings unique names and as a result I've been bullied and teased about it for years. I feel like Crow fits my identity, interests, how I feel about my gender, etc. really well and I thought I would love it. I don't hate being called it, but it feels weird. Is this just transitional? Have other people experienced this when they changed their name but grew to love it again? I also feel it might just be because I don't always handle change well, which is something I'm working on. My dad has also started calling me things like "Crow Crow", which I kinda hate, because he would do the same thing as a nickname for my dead name, and it makes it feel less like a new name. I'm nervous to speak up about it because I don't want him to get mad at me. I still love the concept of being called Crow, and I'm fine with being called it online. Any advice?
