Should I say the bare minimum to coworker LO?

I used to always initiate conversations with her and ask about her weekend, etc. She would only say something clinical like, "I hung out with a friend" and thats it. Not like, we saw a movie or did such and such. I think she purposely doesn't give me alot of detail.

I would always talk about my hobbies to her, I'd always get a lukewarm reaction most of the time.

I'm really trying to fight the urge to chat her up, she never reciprocates, ever.

I cant completely ignore because I see her in passing a few times a week.

So I feel like I should severely lower my expectations and just mirror her bare minimum effort.

Like, I dont want to be a dickhead, but i also cant like we are buddies.

Would this approach work? Would it be noticeable to her? Is it passive aggressive?

Looking for apartment with a lease start on July 1st.

I currently live in ukrainian village and I feel cramped in my current apartment. I need more space.

The monthly max I'd be willing to pay is $1,600.

Looking to start a new lease July 1st. Probably yearly terms but also open to month to month.

Looking for a 1 - 2 bedroom in Ukrainian Village, Humboldt Park, Bucktown, Avondale.

Laundry doesn't need to be in apartment, as long as its in the building.

Central A/C isnt a deal breaker.

I'm not sure what the sq ft my current place is. My bedroom is 12' x 10' and the living room is 15' x 12'.

I dont have any pets.

I don't need a car garage.

It would just be me living there.

I've never been late with rent payments, good credit, stable work history.

What sites should I use to look for apartments?

I'm thinking about moving to a new apartment, but i haven't had to look for one since 2020. Should I use craigslist? Any other sites? I've tried walking around neighborhoods to see "For Rent" signs but never had any luck.

I'm currently in Ukrainian Village, I like the neighborhood, but i also wouldn't mind moving to a different one.

I was thinking maybe Humboldt Park, Bucktown, Avondale, Logan Square.

My max for rent is $1,600. Ideally a 2 bedroom.

My current rent is $1,450 for a small one bedroom, I feel cramped and need more space.
