So I went to the doctor today and got diagnosed with sacroiliac joint dysfunction and Trochanteric bursitis. I’m starting PT tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone on here has dealt with these injuries and had suggestions or stories. Or if any therapist has treated clients with these issues. Or just any information. I’m also hyper mobile so anyway to handle it through that would be awesome as well. What’s the best massage to help this?

When I lie on the floor feet flat and knees up it causes my lower back/ upper buttocks to hurt a lot. The pain is like as though it’s a super tight knot pressing into the floor. The pain is so unbearable I can’t do any exercise with my legs off the floor. Reverse crunches hurt so bad on my back This is a relatively new symptom. It’s only when lying on the floor that way this happens. Any thought on why that is?
Okay hi I recently started to take pole and I like it but I’m worried that maybe I’m not strong enough for it. I have very little core strength like I can’t do a push a up. I was wondering if doing pole would help me build core strength or am I so behind that it wouldn’t be worth it. I’m very open to feedback I want to know the truth.
