​Material Safety: Must utilize food-grade polymers (HDPE, PP, or Silicone) that are resistant to degradation from high acidity (citric acid) and hydrophobic oils.

​Current Challenges:

​Piston Bypass: How to ensure a tight tolerance between the plunger and the cylinder wall to prevent oil from leaking behind the piston.

​Nozzle Geometry: Determining the optimal aperture size that allows chunks to pass without losing the structural integrity of the seal.
