How did you get comfortable going commando without constantly worrying about outlines or bulge visibility?
I’ve gone commando for most of my life, but recently I became much more self-conscious about outlines, movement, and bulge visibility through shorts or lounge clothes.
The weird thing is that I never used to think about it much before, but now I catch myself constantly checking or adjusting my clothes even though I know my body is normal.
For those of you who regularly go commando:
- How did you stop overthinking it?
- Did you eventually stop noticing movement and outlines?
- How did you become more confident and relaxed about your body instead of constantly trying to hide it?
I’m mainly asking from a comfort/confidence perspective, not anything sexual.
