Hello, I was recently reviewing some spinal MRI scans and found this slice, which looks like my hormonal coil - but why is it so high up? Is it inside my kidney or do I have an abnormally high uterus as that’s my middle back.

I’ve recently been having lots of abnormal hormonal symptoms and very painful pinpoint right hand side low back/ flank pain so I’m wondering if it’s related?

I have a gynae appointment tomorrow to get an ultrasound but any ideas please let me know.

Hello, I’ve recently received a few MRI scans with contrast (for my spine, unrelated) and I’ve noticed this glowing sphere? Is this normal? Secondly, I’ve attached another scan slice where you can see my coil, is it normal for my womb etc to be that high up and in my back? Thanks!
