Sobrang fvcked up ng body clock and focus ko since feb due to work, heartbreaks (friends, partner) and lack of outside trips din (init eh).
Lagi kong hinahawakan phone ko if may nag chat reply agad hayxst di naman ako deprived sa attention pero sobrang validated ako pag may kausap. Di naman ako ganto, ayoko ng ganto.
I want to lessen my screen time.
Ayoko rin na mabilis ako mag reply if hindi urgent (friends, dates) tapos ineexpect ko same treatment.
I recently subscribed sa near gym so hopefully makatulong + need ko mag pacheck sa neuro to fix my sleeping sched. Any other tips aside from these steps na meron ako?? Ty titas!!
btw i have hobbies din like playing games, hiking, jogging pero cant talaga gumalagala cuz ang inittt huhu.
should i try booking 2 weeks trip sa bagiuo ng maiba naman mundo ko? :(( kaso start nako sa gym pala this week HAAH
