Hallo zusammen, da wir hier in letzter Zeit alle fleißig unser Essen posten, hier mal ein richtiges Rezept. Protein Flammkuchen, mein absolut bestes Rezept dass ich mit euch teilen kann. Der Teig besteht aus Quark und Mehl, und anstatt Schmand gibt's nochmals Quark! Und ja, das schmeckt!!!

Super günstig, schnell zubereitet, die meisten Zutaten hat man immer Zuhause, kein lässiger Abwasch nach dem Essen und natürlich viel Protein!

Ich hoffe es kann dem ein oder anderen nach einem langen Arbeitstag aus der Patsche helfen!

Ich bin heute aus dem Gym gekommen, habe das Teil in den Ofen gehauen und während der Backzeit Küche aufgeräumt und bin durchsuchen gegangen.

(Nicht wundern, ich habe am Ende noch Weißkohl drüber geworfen der sonst nicht alle wird... single-leben halt 🥲)

---Rezept---

Dauer:

15min Zubereitung; 20min Backen

Zutaten:

- 100g Mehl (idealweise Dinkel Mehl da 4g mehr Protein in 100g)

- 250g Magerquark

- 2 mittlere Zwiebeln

- ca. 70g Schinkenwürfel

- 1 TL Backpulver

- 2 TL Milch

- 1 TL Olivenöl

- Salz/ Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

- Backofen auf 200-220°C einstellen und anschalten

- 100g Mehl, 150g Quark, 1 TL Backpulver und 1 Messerspitze Salz in eine Schüssel geben und mit dem Löffel verführen bis sich grobe Klumpen bilden.

- Jetzt mit der Hand kneten bis ein Ball entsteht.

- Diesen auf einer Arbeitsplatte flachdrücken und beidseitig großzügig mit Mehl bestreuen.

- Nun mit einem Nudelholz unter mehrfachem wenden ausrollen. Vor jeder Wendung erneut mit Mehl einreiben. Sollte möglichst dünn werden.

- auf ein Bleche oder Gitter mit Backpapier transferieren

- restlichen 100g Quark mit, 1TL Olivenöl und ca. 2TL Milch und Pfeffer verrühren bis eine schmandähnliche Masse entsteht. (Salz optional)

- Teig mit "Schmand" bestreichen, und Zwiebel wie Schinken darüber streußeln.

- für ca. 20 min in den Ofen, solange den Abwasch machen. Unterseite sollte wie auf dem Bild zu sehen braun werden, je nach Gitter oder belch mit Muster oder ohne.

- ordentlich reinhauen und genießen.
