Hi, I really need advice because I’m panicking right now.

A few months ago my Facebook account got hacked. The hacker changed my name, birthday, and email. I was able to recover my account, fix my name, and remove the hacker’s email.

The only thing I couldn’t fix before was my birthday.

Today I tried to change my birthday back to the correct one. Facebook asked for ID, so I submitted my Philippine National ID (ePhilID). I uploaded it twice because nothing was happening.

A few seconds later, my account got disabled.

Now when I try to log in:

\- I sometimes get “You can’t use this feature right now”

\- Or it asks for a 2FA code from an authenticator app I never set up (probably added by the hacker)

**I’m a minor so I don’t have a passport or driver’s license, only my ePhilID.**

Has anyone experienced this after recovering from a hack?

\- Did Facebook re-enable your account after ID submission?

\- How long did it take?

\- What’s the best way to get past the 2FA lock if you don’t have the app?

I’m really worried about the 30-day deletion warning. Any help would mean a lot.
