Do u think its so easy to come on the stage and do this kind of thing? And no one is stopping. Bruh she paid for this. Why are they making us fool?

I am writing this with hands that shake, not just from age, I am almost 60 now and very ill, but from the weight of carrying the same file for 30 years.

In January 1996, I paid every rupee I had saved for a small apartment in Clifton, Karachi, Apartment Palmia-108. I was a young father then. I believed in Pakistan, in its system, in the promise that if you work honestly and pay in full, you will get a roof.

That roof never came.

For 30 years I have gone from office to office. I have stood in corridors of SBCA with files soaked in rain, I have begged, I have written, I have waited. Final notices were issued by SBCA to the builder, then ignored. Meetings were called, promises were made, then broken the next morning. Every time I thought this is the last time, it started again.

In these 30 years I lost my wife to the stress of this fight. I lost daily contact with my daughter, because how do you look your child in the eye when you cannot even give her the home you promised? I am an overseas Pakistani now, living alone, sick, and tired in a way sleep cannot fix.

The builder I trusted has become an expert at one thing, telling a new story every year, and somehow making himself look like the victim while I am painted as the difficult one. I have heard "next month" more times than I have heard my own name.

I am not a politician. I am not rich. I am just a man who paid in 1996 and is still asking for what is his in 2026. I have spent more on photocopies, bus fares, and court stamps than many people spend on rent. I have watched government officers retire with pensions while my file gathered dust.

I am not asking for charity. I am asking for witness. If you have ever been made to feel small by a system that is supposed to protect you, you will understand why I am posting this today.

Please keep me in your prayers. Please share this if you believe a 60-year-old man should not have to fight 30 years for one flat. Maybe somewhere, someone with a conscience will read this and remember that justice delayed is not just a phrase, it is a life.
