This oled banding is unacceptable right?
Hopefully reddit compression won't kill the details to the point you can't see it. I've had this Panasonic Z95B tv for a few months now but only first noticed the banding when I was playing RE9 but I'm noticing it in other horror games that get dark now too and it's pretty annoying and distracting. I'm gonna have to try and get a return or a replacement I think cause I can't put up with it.
I've been seeing some discusisons on whether banding is an issue with Tandem oled and idk if I just got unlucky but it definitely is for me. I didn't even look for it in those 95% grey tests or whatever, I noticed it naturally in regular content so it wasn't me looking for an issue.
Hopefully I can get a replacement and my next tv will be better.
