Is the 1937 juice worth the squeeze

Hi all,

Long time player, looking at my first Martin. I've decided on a 000-28, but I'm wondering if it's worth it (whatever that really means...) to get a 1937 edition vs a standard series. As you know, the CS version is approximately twice the cost. I can swing the cost, but I try not to just throw money at something for no reason. Thanks for any info, tips, advice, etc!

Relic Stencil Experiment

The Fender CS admittedly uses stencils for some their extra heavy relic guitars (SRV, Rory, etc…) so I thought I’d give it a try on my latest build. Bought the body and neck from Guitar Mill (flawless once again), and got to work.

Found a guitar I wanted to model, put the image into illustrator to trace, had my Cricut machine cut the vinyl, sprayed sealer/color/clear, and finished it up with some additional relicing.

I know a lot of people hate relics 🥱 but I love how it turned out and it sounds and the plays amazing! It was a fun project.
