Nice to hear from HRC (David Salters) directly that they do think Indycar is going in the right direction and is creating the ROI they want. Also good to hear directly that the new engine formula is going in the right direction and almost done. The answers were short, but he (Salters) seemed truly positive, not faking it or talking positive for press, and did not seem evasive, or trying to mislead. You always hear what the series or reporters say through these manufacturers, but to hear it directly in video form from them directly was nice.
I really liked the shared card hand they used in the Alaska/Key West race. They really haven't used that system again. I liked that both teams could see the cards so they could devise strategies, but also to play their own cards and strategies in fun ways to help themselves or hurt the other team. So many other game types they have done use a deck per team, so the teams cannot interact as much within the card playing, and knowing what is in the deck able to be picked, or what the other team has is interesting. It also created a sense of urgency sometimes to complete challenges to be able to grab cards before the other team
