Notion opens minimized with red bar on startup

Pretty much the title, when I start up Windows 11, Notion does this. The app doesn't open; it just does this. When I open the app it behaves normally and after I open it the red bar goes away. If I then close the tab, Notion behaves normally. Any way to stop this from happening?

Start book halfway on Kobo Clara

I just got the Kobo Clara BW but I'm halfway through a book on Google Books right now. If I start the book halfway through will it mess up my statistics on the Kobo?
