AIW for helping a guy to return to his place safely?

I (F22) have been in a relationship with a guy for about a year, and sometimes we have small discussions but nothing really serious. 2 days ago it was my sister's 18th birthday, and i told him weeks ago about it. He wasn't invited and didn't actually wanted to go. He's a bit older so he doesn't like going out with younger ppl like her. Anyway, the "party" was in a bar, and i asked him many times if he was comfortable with it and he said it was fine and told me to have fun.

Anyway, it was getting late and i was getting tired. My sister was rly drunk with her friends and i wanted to go home. So i was about to call an uber for me when one of her friends (male friend) threw up and was feeling really bad. So i asked him if he wanted to share the ride, i'd add a stop at his place and the he'd send me half of the money next day. We did that. I left him at his place (i didn't even left the car) and went back to my place.

Next day when i talked to my bf about this, he got upset. He said i have nothing to do with the guy and didn't had to call an uber for him. He was expecting that i would just left the guy there, and i kinda agree, but idk. I mean, i see his point but i don't think i was a monster for doing it. I was just trying to help, nobody there seemed to care that he was throwing up.

I feel bad for making him feel bad, but nothing happened between me and the guy, idk, what do you think?
