Baking soda + lemon juice consumed

Hi! I ate a lot of bread and became very constipated. I was so desperate to have a bowel movement that I consumed 5 tablespoons of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) with the juice of one lemon. I added a cup of water to drink it.

I immediately had diarrhea, but not long after, I started feeling sick. I woke up the next morning feeling puffy—so puffy that I had trouble getting up the stairs, and I am usually very athletic (I run 5 to 10 km at a pace of 5:30 to 5:45, four times a week). My heart also feels weird (breathing heavy and not able to do cardio).

I have never felt like this before. I feel heavy and unwell. Should I go to the emergency room? What can I eat to help me?

I know what I did was very stupid, and I will not do it again. I just need help getting better, and I hope I did not damage my liver or pancreas.
