Are there any underlying reasons why it would’ve failed like this? Oil changes are regular every 3-5k with Motul. I just had the timing done as well and it is within spec. Currently at 160k. Installed a new N205 and the car is running great, just trying to figure out if there’s anything that might have caused the inner sleeve to come out like that. They’re very, very tight on new ones.

Car just started misfiring like crazy and I picked up a P0011. Checked the valve and it’s lookin like this, which is definitely not right. Has anyone had one fail like this?? What could’ve caused this?
