Most of the hand-sewn clothes discussed online are either historical-inspired or from non-stretch woven fabrics. I'm interested in making everything from sweaters and hoodies to activewear.

Personally, I don't like woven fabrics because it feels too restrictive. I like to have full-range motion.

Is it possible to actually hand sew with knits entirely, and have you actually tried it?
