Would 12V Battery replace be covered by WSS6 (12V Battery Sensor) Open Campaign?

I messaged my Porsche SA, and he confirmed my car is affected by this recall.
Funny because I had the car in for service last summer since it kept dying after I'd left it parked for more than 2 weeks. The car was plugged in and maintained 80% SOC on each occasion.
The service recommendation was that the 12V battery needed to be replaced. I declined because it was quoted to be ~CAD$3K. Since then, it has only happened on 1 out of 3 times I've been away for that long.
Has anyone who's had the recall performed had their 12V battery replaced?
