Today I was invited to join the r/muslimgaybros subreddit. I noticed that most of the men in the group believe that having gay sex is haram. This comment was also posted by the moderator team: "This subreddit does not promote dating as it is haram in Islam. Any comment encouraging people to act on their desires will be taken down". I left the sub after I read that comment.
I don't mind feel-bad horror films that have hopeful endings or cliffhanger endings, but I'm not a fan of horror films with bleak endings like the Austrian version of Funny Games and Hagazussa. I enjoyed both of those films except the endings. What do y'all think?

What's your favorite horror film that is set in the desert? My favorite is probably Tremors. I've also seen The Outwaters, It Stains the Sands Red, and From Dusk till Dawn. I need to watch The Hills Have Eyes, A Desert, The Bad Batch, and Revenge.

I am learning it on Duolingo because I love Italian opera, and I would love to be able to watch recordings of Italian operas with Italian subtitles instead of English ones.
Send Help reminded me a lot of Influencer because they were both filmed in Thailand. I haven't seen Influencers yet. However, I found Influencer a lot more gripping and suspenseful than Send Help, despite an unrealistic ending. Am I the only one?
I'm pretty shocked that Exit 8 is doing better at the box office in North America than Faces of Death. I haven't seen either yet. Faces of Death isn't even showing in my area anymore.
