I have a unchanging Brightness Issue, Packard Bell Laptop. Windows 10

The Brightness does not want to change on my Laptop, neither does the night light mode want to work. It is not greyed out I can toggle on and off, adjust the slider, but nothing happens.

  • Its as Packard Bell Laptop (Senna-R5)

  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 Ghz

  • Ram: 16GB

  • Storage: 512GB SSD

  • Graphics Card: No dedicated VRAM

  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit

  • Version: 22H2

  • OS Build: 19045.6466

I see that everywhere, like at "this PC" Properties, dxdiag, display adapters, all show I have Microsoft Basic Display Adapters, probably because I have no Dedicated VRAM. I have tried in many ways to update the Display Drivers as well.

I just want to lower my brightness and have the Laptop run to its fullest potential. Thank you.
