I’m exploring the idea of opening a car garage in Dubai or Sharjah focused on mechanical services (general repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, etc.), and I wanted to get some real-world insights from people here.

A few things I’d really appreciate your input on:

• How profitable is this business in the current market?
• What kind of minimum budget should I realistically plan for (rent, equipment, licenses, staff)?
• Are there specific areas in Dubai or Sharjah that are better for this kind of setup?
• What are the biggest challenges you’ve seen (competition, pricing pressure, finding skilled labor, etc.)?
