I haven’t done barbell RDL’s in a few years. Usually I use dumbbells but it’s hard to go heavier with lack of grip strength. So I’m working on barbell. I know weight is low, I’m just trying to improve form before adding more. Also sorry for the awkward angle, it was my first time recording myself. Any tips welcome.
