Hi all, does a mag pouch need to keep the mag vertical or can it be canted? If the latter, is there a limit on how much you can cant it?

Hi all, looking to get something that can be canted. Considering TXC cvrt or vedder magtuck. Want to use for competition, so need to be easy to draw a mag. Woild love to hear any suggestions.
