I 22 F height: 168 cm and weight 135lbs (don’t drink or smoke)
stupidly ordered a weight loss injection 6 weeks ago (supposed to be trizepatide which I have used the official brand many times before) I did my first shot 6 weeks ago which was 7.5mg (my current dose) and suddenly felt cold, anxious, dizzy, tired, blurry ish vision and hear pounding and eventually went to bed and woke up the next day still feeling off but by the end of the 2nd day I was feeling much better. By the end of week 1 I stupidly took a second dose this time 5mg as I wanted to lower it (also to clarify I had normal side effects and some appetite suppressions I assumed I must have just had a little bit of a reaction). However this time even though I injected less dose I had the same rush of coldness, dizziness, dry mouth, anxiety and palpitations and just felt awful. The only way I can describe it is the feel just as your coming up for a marijuana high, that slightly strange vision, anxiety, looking around vision doesn’t feel 100 percent normal.
However the following days I didn’t not get better this time for the next week I was physically bed bound with severe cold and tingly hands, arms and feet, super fatigued and anxious and slightly blurry peripheral vision and a awful headache, dry mouth. After about 10 days I went to go HOWEVER I STUPIDLY WAS TOO EMBARRASSED TO TELL ANY NHS PROFESSIONAL THAT I TOOK THIS AND JUST SAID IT CAME ON. I was feeling better in the sense I wasn’t bed ridden but it’s been about a month and I still have slightly blurry peripheral vision, bad neck ache and headache, more anxiety than ever, and just feeling not 100 percent there like bad brain fog and not as good memory or energy as usual. I just feel off and run down like this for the past month (I have not come in contact with anyone who’s ill nor have a cold or fever.
I’m not deathly ill or anything crazy just bad headaches, neck ache, dizziness and my peripheral vision is SLIGHTLY more blurry than usual, more fatigue than usual and light sensitivity/ it makes my eyes aches and makes headaches and tiredness worse. Should I go back to a and e 4 weeks on (I have already been sent there 3 times by GP back and forth and had blood tests for potassium and electrolytes, liver and kidney function, full blood count Also had several ecgs and blood pressure tests, it has been around 3 weeks since I was last sent there where I had my ct head scan as requested by doctor and there was no bleed or tumour)
Should I go back to an and e at Midnight tonight and finally tell them that I took this fake Weightloss. Or should I not as it’s been 4 weeks and I’m not deathly ill just the symptoms still persisting and not getting any better from after the first week when I was bedbound then got better but ever since I’ve still had these symptoms.
Finally I know this was a dumb decision and one that I very much regret but some honest and helpful advice is really needed, if you have anymore questions please ask I will answer :) thanks
