My husband started CP and has done 5 sessions. He strength trains and does intense cardio 5x a week, so he wanted to balance things out with some more stretching. He does flow 1. However, he says it’s so slow and easy that he almost falls asleep. I tried to explain about going slow to focus on form and ways to create more resistance. Is there anything else I should recommend? It’s possible he needs heavier springs, but as someone who is 110 pounds and kind of short, I don’t know what to recommend. He’s not ready for 1.5 IMO because he hasn’t taken enough classes to be familiar with the prompting and have good form. I’ve taken 70 classes and while I am sometimes bored with certain instructors, I still think flow 1 can be modified enough to be challenging. 1.5 is a bit challenging to me having a chronic illness, so I can only do it once and a while and still enjoy the 1s and center and balance. We’re basically opposites, so I’m at a loss!
