

My previous weight was 90. After consistent efforts my weight dropped to 78kg. I slacked for a month and gained 3kg ie 81kg. Now i have started working out again, maintaing an average daily deficit of 300kcal for a month now. I also started creatine a month back. Even with deficit my weight has stagnated at 81kg. What should I do? Need help.
