What would be a good CPU and motherboard that are inexpensive and will last for several years?

I have a i5 8600k with rtx 2060 and motherboard z370-F, but the cpu is always in 100% usage in every game, so i wanna trade him but if i trade the cpu i have to trade the motherboard and memory, so im searching for a good cpu and motherboard for a really good price.

What is the better fov or res to get more fps, and visibility.

My pc is struggling to stuck at 144fps, how can i increase the fps without decrease my visibility in game, because i tried to play in 4:3 and like 1280x960 and lower than this, but apex has so much information and you cant see the enemies clearly, so every time i keep looking to a direction to know if is a player or something in the map moving and than i get shot haha, yea it was a player.

All the settings in low or off and the nvdia thing on+boost.

Using rtx 2060 6gb with i5 8600k, probably it is my processor that is bottlenecking because his always in 100%cpu. Waiting for a reply thank yall

I'm using the Gprox Superlight and I'm experiencing pain/discomfort in my ring and pinky fingers, which kind of makes me use fingertip grip for gaming. I don't know if this is because I don't find the mouse comfortable or because I used to play with a reasonably small mouse (I think I played with a Razer Abyssus for about 4 years). I really don't know if my grip is naturally fingertip or if the mouse is just uncomfortable. I also have a Zowie S1 and it feels strange to hold it too.

Another thing I have difficulty with is moving the mouse vertically, something I never had a problem with my Razer Abyssus. I don't know if it's because it's further from the palm of my hand or something like that.

If anyone has had these or similar problems, please help me out.
