Hi everyone, I'm having a serious overheating issue with my laptop and could use some advice. My laptop is an MSI Cyborg 15 with an i5 12450H processor and RTX 2050 graphics card. The last cleaning was 4 months ago. Actually, it was very hot from the moment I bought it, but I didn't use MSI Afterburner at the time, so I'm not sure. My tests show that in Minecraft version 26.1, it's limited to 50 fps. I tried using the Universal x86 Tuning Utility, but it didn't work. I also tried ThrottleStop, but I had to drastically reduce performance and power to control it. What can I do?

Sorry if my English isn't great. My friend and I have been on Cobbleverse for a while. We're looking for some interesting mods, like Pokémon merging or something similar. Does anyone know of any mods or have any creative ideas to suggest? Love you all!
